If you cannot log into LighthouseAI due to an incorrect password, check Caps Lock, clear your cache, and use "Login Assistance" for a reset link. Follow the email instructions to reset your password and re-authenticate. For further help, contact support@lighthouseai.com.
If you are unable to log into the application using https://app.lighthouseai.com/login due to an incorrect password, you will receive the error below:
- Please be sure to double-check that Caps Lock isn’t enabled on your keyboard.
- Clearing the cache on your page (Ctrl + Shift + R) may also alleviate the issue.
If you have ensured Caps Lock is off, you have cleared your cache, and you are still receiving an Invalid Username or Password error message, click on "Login Assistance" and enter your email. You must also enter a correct Captcha phrase to continue. If the Captcha is hard to read, use the red button in the middle to generate a new phrase.
If your email has been located and validated in the system, you will receive an email from support@lighthouseai.com with a password reset link.
Click on the link to reset your password. Enter your password twice and continue. You shall then receive a validation code to re-authenticate your account.
Click Submit and you will be redirected into LighthouseAI.
