The Dashboard in LighthouseAI offers an overview of active, pending, and expired requirements, with features like Global Filters, a color-coded Requirement Map, and a KPI Dashboard for monitoring statuses, renewals, expiring documents, and tasks. Users can filter data by company, facility, or jurisdiction and must access the Management module for detailed requirement information.
The Dashboard provides a bird's eye overview of your active, pending, and expired Requirements before delving into specific Activities or Tasks.
To view more details about a Requirement or the Requirements Hub, users
must navigate to the Management module.
Global Filters
- The Global Filters (in the upper-left corner) let you select the Company and Facility that you would like to view Requirements data for. Once you set them, your selection will apply across all applicable modules in LighthouseAI, until you change them.
Requirement Map
- The Requirement Map shows a simple, color‑coded view of Requirement status for each jurisdiction. Each color represents a different status:
- Green: Active Requirements
- Yellow: Pending Requirements
- Red: Expired Requirements
- Gray: Any other status (for example, Not Required or Surrendered)
- The Requirement Map uses priority‑based color coding. A jurisdiction’s color reflects the highest‑priority status present, even if other statuses also apply:
- Red: At least one Expired Requirement (this overrides all other statuses)
- Yellow: At least one Pending Requirement and no Expired Requirements
- Green: Only Active Requirements
- Gray: Any other status (for example, Not Required or Placeholder)
- You can click on any jurisdiction on the map to filter the Dashboard information in both the Requirements Overview listed below, and the Key Performance Indicators on the right side of the screen.
KPI Dashboard
- The KPI Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of key activity and important updates, helping you stay aware of what’s happening and take action when needed.
- When you set Global Filters, or click a jurisdiction on the Map, the KPI Dashboard updates automatically to show data based on those selections.
