LighthouseAI Intelligence is a tech-driven tool that automates facility compliance management, including configuration, regulatory monitoring, and reporting. It eliminates manual work, reduces errors, and supports compliance for initial setup, renewals, and business changes. The module provides detailed results, operational insights, and exportable data to help maintain regulatory compliance.
LighthouseAI Intelligence is strategically built to assist users in tracking and maintaining their Facility compliance Requirements. This powerful product suite is designed to replace inefficient and error-prone manual compliance research, regulatory monitoring, and regulatory management with technology-based solutions that reduce human error and risks of non-compliance. Its main key features are discussed below.
Configuration
This section houses a simple Questionnaire to help determine which activities are performed in the Facility.
- Clicking on the Configuration section under Intelligence will take you to the main Configuration page.
- Here, you can initiate a new Configuration or modify an existing Configuration.
- Initial Configuration – Intelligence can run Initial Configurations or assessments to maintain compliance for each Facility. Intelligence also runs continuous and automated compliance surveillance to keep users updated with any changes to their Initial Requirements. Select Initial in the Type dropdown to run an Initial Configuration.
- Renewal Configuration – Users can run Renewal Configurations for their Initial Requirements to keep track of any Renewal Requirements. The same automation applies: System-initiated Configurations for Renewals will be executed to keep track of any changes to their Renewal Requirements. To run a Renewal Configuration, select Renewal from the Type dropdown.
- Business Change Configuration – Users can run Business Change configurations for their Initial Requirements to keep track of any current Business Changes. Intelligence significantly reduces the time spent on filing Business Changes by generating results for any specific Business Change in a Facility. Knowledge Results
Submitting a Configuration brings you to the Results page - this section houses the latest generated Result at the top of the grid. Results are sorted in two ways:
- Current Results – this is the default view shown when landing on the Knowledge
Results page. It shows the latest Knowledge Results for each Facility. - All Results – this shows all Knowledge Results regardless of their status.
Results that are generated by a User or the system (system initiated) can be viewed by clicking on the View icon. System initiated Configurations are usually triggered when there is a change in at least one of the Requirements in Knowledge Results.
- Upon clicking on the View icon, you will see an open pop-up window that displays all Results generated from the responses given in the Questionnaire.
- These Results correspond to all the data required to maintain compliance within each selected Jurisdiction.
- At the top right of the Knowledge Results window, you will see the option to show Operational Requirements and Potential Requirements.
- Operational Requirements – these are additional details associated with an Initial Requirement to make sure facilities are also following operational rules to keep a Facility fully compliant. that are operationally related to each parent Requirement.
- Potential Requirements – these provide additional insight that you may need if your product ends up in additional Jurisdictions and you did not select a specific Jurisdiction in your initial Facility Configuration.
- The first 4 columns are frozen in place as you scroll right for each Requirement/License.
- Each column can be treated as a filter search, allowing you to look up data or sort data in ascending/descending order.
- All Requirement/License data can be Exported as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file.
- The Export button can be found at the top right of the Knowledge Results pop-up window.
- Operational Requirements can be included or excluded from the Excel or CSV report.
