The Requirements Overview centralizes and organizes all Requirement objects—such as Activities, Tasks, Certificates, and Documents—improving user experience. Users can view and edit details, link documents, and see related Activities and Tasks in one window, with enhanced date selection and integration with Lighthouse Intelligence for entitled users.
The Requirements Overview offers a central platform for users to easily manage all of their Requirements. It brings consolidates and organizes Requirement objects (such as Activities, Tasks, Certificates, and Documents), improving the user experience.
To access the Requirements Overview, simply double-click on the Requirement you would like to open.
Requirements Overview
At the top of the Requirements Overview window, you will find the Requirement name and status, followed by the company, facility and jurisdiction.

The Requirement Name links Intelligence Data to Requirements Management. Setting the Requirement Name will also show Intelligence data for the Requirement in the Requirement Details tab. Please note that this is only available to those with Lighthouse Intelligence Entitlements.

Requirement Fields
You can easily add other information related to the Requirement like Details, Requirement Number, Category, Type, Active Date, Expiry Date etc., by clicking on each field.
Our improved date selector lets users quickly pick a year or date, clear the selection, or choose Today. Clicking the month or year now opens a dropdown menu.

Activities & Tasks

Activities and Tasks are available to the right of the Overview window. This allows you to quickly glance at Activity and Tasks, minimizing the number of clicks and switching to other tabs or windows.

Documents
Users are also able to link Documents directly from the Document Repository. To learn more about linking documents, see our article: Working with Documents in the Management Module.
