The Reports Module is designed to offer comprehensive insights into both state and federal compliance analysis and strategy. This is achieved through the generation of custom reports tailored to the unique needs of companies and facilities. You can generate Reports in four distinct types by going to Reports -> Run a Report.
Facility Overview: This report consolidates corporate information for a client along with comprehensive details on all associated facilities, enabling users to effortlessly compile data for board agency review. It includes information on:
- Designated representatives or officers
- Company tax ID
- Square footage of each facility and much more.

Data for the Facility Overview Report is sourced from the Company Profile module. Users can customize the report by filtering companies, facilities, and business models as needed. Once tailored, the report can be conveniently exported to a CSV or Excel file, facilitating easy distribution and analysis.
Renewal Fee Report: The Renewal Fee Report offers an essential tool for financial planning by providing annual and quarterly forecasting estimates for licensing renewal costs across selected companies and facilities. This enables users to effectively budget for upcoming renewals, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. Key features of the report include:
- Forecasting: Detailed estimates help budget for licensing renewals annually or quarterly.
- Sorting Options: Users can organize the report by expiration dates to prioritize renewals.
- Total Fee Calculation: The report calculates the total fee for all filtered licenses, providing a clear overview of projected expenses.

- Comprehensive Coverage: LighthouseAI reviews regulatory requirements across all 52 state and federal jurisdictions.
- Gap Identification: The system matches existing compliance measures against these requirements to pinpoint discrepancies.
- Detailed Reporting: Users receive a comprehensive list of all unmet requirements, helping ensure full compliance.
When you initiate the Report, a pop-up notification will appear indicating that the loading process may take a few minutes. Upon completion, you will receive an email containing a link to access the Report.

This report is exclusively available to subscribers of both Management and LighthouseAI Intelligence services. It features a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that counts the number of requirements directly met and those missing in both Management and Intelligence modules.
Intelligence Notification Report: The Intelligence Report enables users to generate detailed reports on Intelligence Notifications at both the Company and Facility levels, allowing them to filter and review critical changes that help maintain organizational compliance. Users can easily create a report by navigating to the Reports Module and setting up initial parameters such as the Company, Facility, and Notification Date, or by going to Notifications -> Intelligence, and setting up pre-selected parameters.
