Information
LighthouseAI ensures you stay ahead of Requirement timelines by generating timely Notifications. This module empowers you to monitor License and Document expiration dates, preventing compliance lapses through reminder notifications set at 90, 60, and 30 days before expiration.
LighthouseAI tracks Notifications for 4 separate modules
Task Notifications
- These consist of Notifications of a Task assigned to any User.
- Grid Filters and Search option is available to query and sort data with ease.
- A Show Entries dropdown menu is at the top left of the Grid Filters section to change the number of entries shown in a page.
- LighthouseAI now allows users to Clear individual Notifications or Clear All Notifications at once. Additionally, users can Mark All Notifications as Read when needed.
Documents Notifications
- These Notifications alert you or other Users when a Document has been Requested. When you Request a Document from another User, they receive a 'Request Complete' Notification upon the upload of the Requested Document. Additionally, you receive Expiry Notifications for Documents expiring within 30 days.
- When a new Document is added to the Document Repository or an existing Document is updated, the system sends a Document Notification labeled as New.
- When a new Document is Requested, the system sends a Document Notification labeled as Requested.
- The Assignee from which the Document was requested, can double click on this Notification to upload the respective Document.
- LighthouseAI now offers you the functionality to Clear individual Notifications or Clear All – this is located to the far right at top of the Grid Filter. You can also Mark All Notifications as Read as needed – the Mark All Read option is available to the far left at the top of the Grid Filter.
- Like Task Notifications, Documents Notifications feature Grid Filters, Search functionality, and a Show Entries dropdown menu.
Expiration Notifications
- These Notifications alert you about Requirements set to expire within the next 90, 60, and 30 days. To ensure receipt of Expiration Notifications, it's essential to establish an Expiry Date for each Requirement.
- Clear All and Mark All Read options are also available here.
Intelligence Notifications
- These Notifications are for Facilities monitored by the Intelligence module. Any modifications made to a Facility's Requirements prompt a Notification, detailing the specific changes along with any pertinent notes associated with them.
- Like Task Notifications, users can Clear individual Notifications, Clear All at once, or Mark All Notifications as Read in one action.
- Like other Notifications, you can seamlessly explore data with Grid Filters and the Search option.
- Selective Notifications will possess a Change type Notification.
- Selective Notifications from LighthouseAI Intelligence deliver timely, customized, and precise regulatory updates. You may filter out the regulatory clutter by receiving notifications tailored to your facility's location and requirements, covering new legislation, proposed rules, fee adjustments, emergency orders, and more. To activate Selective Notifications, you must subscribe to LighthouseAI Intelligence and complete the Initial Configuration for your Facility or Facilities.
Email Notifications
- You have the option to receive Email Notifications for all the previously mentioned notifications, with the ability to customize their frequency (immediate/daily/weekly).
- These can be enabled by navigating to your profile at the bottom left of the page and choosing Personal Settings.
- Regarding Tasks and Documents, Email Notifications are triggered when there is a change in the existing Task 'Assignee,' a modification in the 'Assignee' field of a requested Document, or when the 'Expiry' date of an existing Document is adjusted to expire within the next 30 days.
