This article provides an overview of the Document Repository module covering the process of uploading documents, requesting documents, and linking external document URLs.
Information
You can now link one Document to multiple Requirements directly from the Documents grid. This feature enables you to effortlessly view all Related Requirements for a selected Document with a simple click, eliminating the need to switch over to the Requirements page. In Requirements Management, you can easily add or remove Related Requirements as needed, streamlining the process of managing Documents and Requirements simultaneously.
- To access Related Requirements, right-click on any Document and choose Related Requirements.
- A new pop-up window will appear where existing Related Requirements will be shown.
- If there are no Related Requirements listed, click on Add/Remove Related Requirements.
- A new pop-up window will appear which will show all Requirements/Licenses. Click on the checkboxes to add/remove Related Requirements and click Save.
- Open the Related Requirements from the same Document and you will now see all Related Requirements that have been linked.
- At this stage, you can Add/Remove Related Requirements as desired.
