Information
Depending on your User Role Permissions (System Admin or certain Self-Service Roles), you can edit your User profile via Management Admin -> User Master as well as any other details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Title/Position
- Management Role
- Intelligence Role
- Notes
Once you finish editing a User profile, tap on the Save button to retain your changes.
Personal Settings
Personal Settings can be accessed by clicking on your name at the top right of the page next to Help. Here, you can enable Email Notifications for Task, Documents, Expiration and Intelligence Notifications by turning the toggle for each to the ON position. Additionally, the Frequency for each Email Notification can be adjusted to Immediate, Daily and Weekly.
Note: Immediate Notifications are delivered daily at 1am EST. Weekly Notifications are delivered every Monday at 1am EST.
