Summary
This article provides guidance on optimizing your notification settings in LighthouseAI to ensure you receive timely updates on tasks, document expirations, and compliance changes.
Information
Staying informed in LighthouseAI is the key to successful compliance management. To achieve this, consider the following steps.
- Verify your email notification settings in your Personal Settings section and ensure they are set to the desired frequency.
- Personal Settings are on the bottom left of the left side bar.
- Here you can activate Tasks, Documents, Expiration and Intelligence email notifications, as well as their frequency (i.e., immediate, daily or weekly).
- Regularly check the Notifications section in LighthouseAI to stay updated on Tasks, Document Expirations, and compliance changes.
- The Notifications section lives right below Company Profile on left sidebar.
- This section is broken into 4 separate Notification grids dedicated to:
- Tasks (Task Notification) - these are notifications assigned to you or any User.
- Documents (Document Notification) - these are notifications triggered when a Document has been requested from a particular User, when a new Document is added to the Document Repository, or when an existing Document is updated.
- Expiration (Requirement Expiry Notification) - these are notifications for any Requirement scheduled to expire in the next 90, 60, or 30 days.
- Intelligence (Intelligence Notification) - these are Notifications for a Facility that is actively being tracked by the Intelligence module. These types of Notifications are timely, tailored and targeted regulatory updates, and allow you to stay ahead of regulatory changes by receiving updates tailored to your facility location and specific requirements, including new legislation, proposed rules, fee increases, emergency orders, and more.
- Task, Document, and Expiration Notifications adopt a consistent grid structure and share identical columns found in Task Management, Document Repository, and Requirements Management. Similarly, Intelligence Notifications mirror the grid structure observed in Knowledge Results.
Except with Task and Intelligence Notifications, you can clear all notifications using the Clear All feature at the top right of the grid. Alternatively, you can mark them all as read using the Mark All Read feature located at the top left of the grid. Moreover, each notification can be individually marked as read or unread based on your preference.
