Only users with specific roles and permissions can add, modify, or remove a Requirement. Adding or editing Requirements is done via the Requirements Overview, with changes saved automatically in real-time. Deleting a Requirement also removes all related documents, notes, notifications, and tasks. Contact Support for permission issues.
Only specific user roles with certain permissions have the ability to add, modify, or remove a Requirement. Please ensure you have the appropriate role and access before attempting these actions. If you have any questions about your permissions, contact our Support team at support@lighthouseai.com.
Adding a Requirement
- To add a new Requirement/License into the system, first navigate to the Management module. Then, click the "+ Add Requirement" button in the upper right corner.

- A new Requirements Overview window will appear, allowing you to continue by entering a Requirement Name, Status, Company Name, Facility, Country, and Jurisdiction (see image below).

- Below, users must also select a Requirement Category and designate a Requirement Type, which always be Initial. To save this newly created Requirement, click on the ‘x’ on the top right corner of the pop-up. The information is saved is automatically without the need for a Save button.
Any changes made in the Requirements Overview are instantly reflected in real-time on the Requirements or Activities grid, eliminating the need for manual page refresh.
Modifying a Requirement
- To edit a specific Requirement, double-click on it to open the Requirements Overview. The Requirements Overview uses autosave, and all data entries are saved in real-time. To view your changes and update another requirement, close the Requirements Overview using the X in the upper right corner.
Removing a Requirement
- To delete a Requirement, click on any desired Requirement in the list (the Requirement will be highlighted in blue). Next, right-click on the Requirement and select "Delete".
- To delete multiple Requirements, shift or ctrl-click to select multiple. Then right-click and select "Delete".
- If there are any Requirement Documents, Notes, Expiry Notifications, Activity Notes, Tasks, Task Documents, Task Notes, and Task Notifications, these will be deleted, too.
- Deleting a Requirement is a permanent action, and cannot be undone.
