The Management Module enables users to manage business requirements like licenses and accreditations, filter by company or facility, export data as CSV, and use KPI filters for quick access to key metrics. The interface offers customizable views, real-time updates, and advanced filtering and sorting by status, expiration, and activity attributes.
The Requirements section is where Users can view or manage their business Requirements (licenses, registrations, accreditations, etc.) and add new Activities or Tasks associated with maintaining those Requirements.

At a Requirement level, there are three different KPI filter types and subtypes:
- Status
- Pending - counts the number of Requirements that are in Pending
Status - Active - counts the number of Requirements that are Active
- Pending - counts the number of Requirements that are in Pending
- Expiration
- Expired - counts the number of Requirements that are in an Expired status.
- 30 Days - counts the number of Requirements that have an expiration period (based on their expiration date) of 30 days or less
- 60 Days - counts the number of Requirements that have an expiration period (based on their expiration date) of 31 to 60 days.
- 90 Days - counts the number of Requirements that have an expiration period (based on their expiration date) of 61 to 90 days.
- Activities
- Overdue - counts the number of Activities that are Overdue and are Incomplete for Requirements (based on the Activities due date field)
- Unassigned - counts the number of Activities that do not have an Owner assigned (includes both Complete and Incomplete Activities).
- In Progress - counts the number Activities that are currently Incomplete and not Overdue.
Each of these KPI Filter elements are characterized on the grid by the Status, Expiration and Activities column filters. The Status and Expiration column filters provide additional options to curate data.

The Status, Expiration and Activities columns contain additional filters that can be used to curate data.
- Status - filter data by the Requirement status (i.e., Active, Pending, etc.)
- Expiration - filter data by the Expiration date (i.e., 30, 60, 90 days, or use a custom date range)
- Activities - filter data by Activity status (i.e., In Progress, Unassigned, etc.)
Auto-refresh is now active in the Requirements and Activities page. Any changes made in the Requirements Overview are instantly reflected in real-time in the Requirements or Activities view.
