The Activities view in the Management module allows users to manage actions on Requirements, such as Initials, Renewals, and Reportable Changes. It provides filtering, exporting, and task management tools, displays key progress metrics, and supports bulk edits. KPI filters help track overdue, unassigned, or in-progress activities and tasks, with specific indicators for user-assigned tasks.
Accessing the Activities View
In short, Activities are classified as actions that need to be performed on a particular Requirement. These are Initials, Renewals, and Reportable Changes.
Within the Management module, you can access Activity-related data through the Activities page. To access the Activities view, click "Requirements" at the top of your screen. Then, click "Activities".

This page includes useful tools such as the Companies/Facilities filter, Export (CSV or Activity Report), Quick Search, and Add Requirement button, all retaining the same functionality as on the Requirements page.
Working Within the Activities View
- The Activities view contains the following columns: Requirements, Activities, Activity Progress, Activity Duration, Activity Due, Tasks and Owner.
- The Requirements segment displays the Company, Facility, Jurisdiction, and Status associated with each specific Requirement. Additionally, the status of each requirement can be updated using the status dropdown.
- The Activities column lists all Activities associated with each Requirement.
- The Activity Progress filter allows users to filter Activities by their Progress such as Complete and Incomplete.
- The Activity Due date filters Activities according to the specified Due Date.
- The Tasks column includes a dropdown showing the total count of tasks linked to each activity. When a user clicks on the dropdown, they will see all tasks listed. Each Task will display its name, assignee, status, and start/due dates.
- At the top of the Tasks column, you will find the Tasks filter, which includes three different task filters:
- All
- Task Owner
- Due Date
- Task Type
- Task Status
KPI Filters
KPI Filters are also present on the Activities page. These are dynamically adapted to filter the most relevant content found in the Activities grid (just like column filters work).
Activities
- Overdue - counts the number of Requirements that have Activities that are Overdue (based on the Activities due date field)
- Unassigned - counts the number of Requirements that have Activities that are not assigned an owner.
- In Progress - counts the number of Requirements that have Activities currently In Progress.
Tasks
- Overdue - counts the number of Tasks currently overdue (based on the Task due date).
- 7 Days - counts the number of Tasks that are due in 7 or less days, but not overdue yet (based on the Task due date)
- 30 Days - counts the number of Tasks that are due in 8 to 30 days (based on the Task due date).
My Tasks
- Overdue - counts the number of Tasks assigned to the logged-in User that are currently Overdue and Incomplete (based on the Task due date).
- 7 Days – counts the number of Tasks assigned to the logged-in User that are due in 7 or less days, but not Overdue yet (based on the Task due date).
- 30 Days - counts the number of Tasks assigned to the logged-in User due in 8 to 30 days (based on the Task due date).
