Users can export filtered Requirement or Activity data as CSV files from the Requirement and Activity pages. The exported data reflects applied filters, including Companies/Facilities, KPIs, and column sorting. Requirement exports include fields like Manager, Type, Client, Company, Facility, and dates, while Activity exports include Manager, Status, Name, Due Date, Progress, and Tasks.
The Requirement and Activity pages allow users to export data into a CSV file that can be saved to their local machine. Requirement or Activity data exported into a CSV file will be filtered according to the selections made in the Companies/Facilities multi-select filter, as well as by any applied column sorting/search filters and KPI Filters.
- To begin, filter your requirement/activity data using the Company/Facilities Filter, KPIs, column search, or any combination.
- Click the "Manage Data" dropdown at the top-left of the screen, then click "Export CSV". This is true for both the Requirements and Activities view.
