Unlike clearing your entire browser cache, clearing page app data is a targeted approach that removes stored data only for the specific page you’re trying to access—without affecting other websites or web applications. This ensures a seamless login experience while preserving your data elsewhere.
Please follow these instructions to clear your page app data and access LighthouseAI without a hassle:
- Go to the control icon next to the URL on your address bar and select Cookies and site data.
- Next, select Manage on-device site data.
- This will open a new pop-up that will allow you clear the data from the page you're attempting to access.
- Simply click on the trash bin icon and click Done - this will prompt you to Reload or Refresh the page.

- Once the page is refreshed, try accessing LighthouseAI again to log in.
